PAYMENT POLICY FOR GROUPS (OVER 10 PASSENGERS)

1. Hotel services

First quote: According to hotel conditions

Maximum advance payment of 80%

2. Ground services: 20%, at the time of confirmation to secure the reservation

30%, 3 months or more before arrival

30%, 1 month or more before arrival

20%, 15 days before arrival

Non-refundable deposits:

Events, convention centers - 100%

Ground services - 10%

Any additional charges that occur during the event will be payable no later than 14 days after receiving  the final invoice

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUPS (OVER 10 PASSENGERS)

In case of cancellation by the Client, FOLLOW  You are entitled to a fixed charge for damage compensation (Cancellation).

The parties agree to the following cancellation fees as a percentage of the contractually agreed total compensation:

​

1. Hotel services According to the hotel's cancellation policy.

2. Land services The reserved and prepaid places are 100% non-refundable.

Total cancellation up to 90 days before the start of the event: 30%

Up to 30 days before the start of the event: 60%

Up to 15 days before the start of the event: 90%

From 14 days before the start of the event: 100%
